We Will Rise

In the mission We Will Rise in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, you will be tasked with confronting Kleon in a battle for Amphipolis. This guide will provide you with all the steps you need to successfully complete the mission and achieve victory.

Step 1: Sail to Amphipolis

• Make your way to Amphipolis in Makedonia by sailing on your ship, the Adestria.
• Once you arrive, dock the ship and proceed to the top of the fort where you will meet Brasidas.
• Keep in mind that Brasidas’ mood may vary depending on the decisions you made in the previous missions Monger Down and Judge, Jury, Executioner.

Step 2: Gather Information from Brasidas

• Engage in a conversation with Brasidas and gather information about the situation.
• It is important to note that Kleon will be present in the upcoming battle, providing you with an opportunity to eliminate him.

Step 3: Follow Brasidas to the Battlefield

• After the conversation with Brasidas, follow him to the battlefield.
• Along the way, you may encounter smaller conflicts with enemies that are scaled to your level.

Step 4: Prepare for Conquest Battle

• Prepare yourself for a conquest battle.
• Defeat the enemy captains and heroes that appear to deplete the enemy’s status bar.
• Remember to utilize your gear, abilities, and personal skills for maximum effectiveness in combat.

Step 5: Combat Tips

• Ensure you are at a high enough level to face the enemies you will encounter. Adjust the difficulty if necessary.
• Different weapons have varying attack patterns and reach.
• Fast-hitting weapons, like daggers, are ideal for applying poison and fire effects.
• Successfully parrying an attack allows you to follow up with a Heavy Attack for crowd control or a Light Attack to initiate a single-target combo.
• Note that the Spartan Kick ability will not be useful in conquest battles.

Step 6: Confront Kleon

• As the enemy’s status bar reaches about halfway, a cutscene will trigger, revealing Deimos.
• After the cutscene, pursue Kleon as he attempts to flee.
• Track him down and engage in a final battle on the beach.

Step 7: Defeat Kleon

• Fight against Kleon using close-quarters abilities, as he does not utilize ranged attacks.
• Stay close to him and chip away at his health bar until it is fully depleted.

Step 8: Kill Kleon

• Once Kleon’s health bar is empty, you will be presented with a choice to kill him mercifully or slowly.
• Make your decision and complete the mission.
